This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of IG IPTV's Service by Canadian subscribers. It supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP and all applicable Canadian federal and provincial laws.
2. Permitted Uses
- Personal, private viewing within your household;
- Accessing Content on up to the number of simultaneous devices permitted by your plan;
- Using your Credentials on your own personal devices.
3. Prohibited Uses
- Credential sharing with anyone outside your household;
- Resale or sublicensing of your Subscription or any Service access;
- Commercial public performance without a separate commercial licence;
- Recording or redistribution of any Content to third parties;
- Circumvention of digital rights management or technical protection measures, which may violate the Copyright Act;
- Automated access via bots or scraping tools;
- Unlawful content — accessing or distributing content that is illegal under Canadian law;
- Service disruption — interfering with the integrity or performance of the Service.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in a warning, account suspension (with or without notice), permanent account termination without refund, or referral to law enforcement agencies or rights holders. Serious or repeat violations will result in immediate termination.
5. Reporting Violations
