IG IPTV is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy legislation. This page summarises your privacy rights and our cookie practices. For full details, see our Privacy Policy and our PIPEDA Notice.

2. PIPEDA Fair Information Principles

Our privacy practices are founded on PIPEDA's 10 Fair Information Principles:

5. Limiting Use, Disclosure, and Retention — Information is used only for the purposes collected and retained no longer than necessary.
6. Accuracy — We keep personal information accurate, complete, and up to date.
7. Safeguards — Appropriate security protects personal information.
8. Openness — We are transparent about our policies and practices.

10. Challenging Compliance — You can challenge our compliance with these principles.

3. Your Privacy Rights

• Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
• Withdrawal of consent: withdraw consent to collection or use (subject to legal limitations);
• Complaint: file a complaint with the OPC if you believe we have mishandled your information.

Quebec residents also have rights under Law 25, including rights to portability and de-indexation.

4. Making a Privacy Request

Submit privacy requests (access, correction, consent withdrawal) in writing to Contact@igiptv.tv. Include your name, registered email address, and a description of your request. We will respond within 30 days (extendable to 60 days for complex requests, with notice).

5. Cookie Policy

This website sets no cookies. We use no analytics platform, no advertising networks and no third-party tracking technologies. There is accordingly no consent banner, because there is nothing on this site that requires consent to store.

The site keeps one entry in your browser's local storage: wa_popup_dismissed_until, a timestamp written when you close our WhatsApp offer message so it is not shown again right away. It contains no personal information and no identifier, is never transmitted to us or to any third party, and clearing your browser's site data removes it.

Should we ever introduce analytics or other non-essential storage, we will implement consent before enabling it and revise this page.
