DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Overview

IG IPTV respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Canada's Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42), including the notice-and-notice regime under sections 41.25–41.27 of the Copyright Act. We respond promptly to valid notices and will take appropriate action including removing or disabling access to allegedly infringing material.

2. Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe that content accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. Submitting a false or misleading notice may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

3. Notice Requirements

A valid DMCA takedown notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) alleged to have been infringed;
3. Identification of the infringing material and its location (URL or description);
4. Your contact details (name, address, telephone, and email);
5. A good-faith belief statement that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that material was removed in error, submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the removed material and its prior location;
3. A good-faith statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
4. Your name, address, telephone, email, and consent to jurisdiction.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the rights holder files for a court order preventing restoration.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances, consistent with the Copyright Act and the DMCA.
