1. Definitions
In these Terms of Service:
- "Service" means the IG IPTV streaming platform accessible via compatible applications (IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, VLC, and other M3U players).
- "Provider", "we", "us" means [COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME], located at [COMPANY_ADDRESS].
- "User", "you" means any adult individual who accesses the Service after accepting these Terms while located in Canada.
- "Subscription" means the paid plan granting access to the channel and on-demand content catalogue.
- "Credentials" means the username and password assigned upon account activation.
- "Content" means live channels, films, TV series, and any other audiovisual material available through the Service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the IG IPTV Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service. The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. The IG IPTV Service
IG IPTV provides access to audiovisual content via Internet Protocol Television (IPTV). The Service includes:
- Access to over 50,000 live channels worldwide, including Canadian sports, entertainment, news, and film channels;
- An on-demand catalogue of over 160,000 films and TV series;
- Electronic Programme Guide (EPG) for supported channels;
- Compatibility with Smart TV, smartphones, tablets, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android TV Box, PC, Mac, and other IPTV players;
- Technical support via WhatsApp and email.
We aim to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Outages may occur due to maintenance, technical updates, or events beyond our reasonable control.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. Do not share Credentials outside your immediate household. Notify us immediately at [CUSTOMER_SERVICE_EMAIL] of any unauthorised account access.
5. Payments, Taxes, and Renewals
Subscriptions are available in monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and biennial plans priced in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes; applicable federal and provincial taxes (HST, GST, QST, etc.) will be added at checkout based on your province of residence.
Unless you cancel at least 48 hours before renewal, your Subscription auto-renews at the then-current price. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or at [CUSTOMER_SERVICE_EMAIL]. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price change; you may cancel before the change takes effect without penalty.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for unused time are governed by our Refund Policy. For subscribers in Quebec, additional consumer protection rules under the Consumer Protection Act (L.R.Q., c. P-40.1) may apply.
7. Intellectual Property and Licence
All Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by the respective rights holders. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view Content for private, non-commercial household use only. You may not record, copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit the Service commercially without our prior written consent.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable Canadian federal and provincial laws, including the Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42). Credential sharing beyond your household, commercial redistribution, and public performance without a licence are prohibited. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, we are not liable for service interruptions due to events beyond our control, indirect or consequential damages, third-party content, or unauthorised access resulting from failure to secure your Credentials. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Residents of Quebec: nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer protection rights applicable under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.
10. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify the Service, pricing, and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
