We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all IG IPTV subscriptions. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 7 days of your Subscription start date, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund under our 7-day guarantee:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of your Subscription start date;
  • The reason is a legitimate service issue (significant buffering, channels not working, inability to access the Service);
  • You have contacted support and allowed a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue;
  • Your account has not been suspended for a Terms of Service violation;
  • This is not an abuse of the refund policy.

3. How to Request a Refund

  2. Provide your registered email address and order reference;
  3. Describe the issue you have experienced;
  4. Allow our team up to 24 hours to attempt resolution before processing the refund.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund is returned to the original payment method. Additional time may be required depending on your financial institution.

5. Exclusions

Refunds are not available:

  • After the 7-day guarantee period;
  • Where the Service has performed as described and there is no technical fault;
  • Where the account was suspended for breach of Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy;
  • For unused time remaining after the 7-day period.

6. Quebec Residents

Residents of Quebec may have additional rights under the Consumer Protection Act (L.R.Q., c. P-40.1) and related regulations.
