1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules governing the use of IG IPTV's streaming service ("Service") by UK subscribers. It supplements our Terms of Service and must be read together with them. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP.
2. Permitted Uses
The Service may be used for the following purposes:
- Personal, private viewing of Content within your household;
- Accessing Content on up to the number of simultaneous devices permitted by your Subscription plan;
- Using your Credentials on your own devices (Smart TV, smartphone, tablet, streaming stick, computer).
3. Prohibited Uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Credential sharing: sharing your username, password, or access link with anyone outside your immediate household or beyond your permitted device allowance;
- Resale: reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing your Subscription or any part of the Service in any form;
- Commercial public performance: using the Service to show Content in a pub, club, workplace, hotel, or any other public or commercial venue without a separate commercial licence;
- Recording and redistribution: recording, downloading, capturing, or redistributing any Content to third parties;
- Circumvention: attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent any technical protection measure or digital rights management system;
- Automation: using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service;
- Illegal content: using the Service to access, distribute, or communicate any content that is unlawful under UK law;
- Misuse of the platform: interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
4. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations of this AUP, including:
- Issuing a warning;
- Suspending your account (with or without notice, depending on severity);
- Permanently terminating your account without refund;
- Referring matters to law enforcement agencies or rights holders.
Repeated or serious violations — especially commercial credential sharing or public performance — will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
5. Reporting Violations
