DMCA Policy

1. Overview

IG IPTV respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (CDPA). We respond promptly to valid takedown notices and will remove or disable access to material alleged to infringe copyright where appropriate.

2. Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe that material accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written takedown notice to our Designated Copyright Agent at the contact details below. Submitting a false or misleading notice may expose you to civil liability.

3. Notice Requirements

A valid DMCA takedown notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised representative;
2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved;
3. Identification of the material alleged to be infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it;

6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent. A valid counter-notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification;
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which the Service provider may be found);
5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the claimant.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will restore the removed material within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action to prevent restoration.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and applicable UK law, we maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights in appropriate circumstances.
