3. The IG IPTV Service
IG IPTV is a streaming service providing access to audiovisual content via Internet Protocol Television (IPTV). The Service includes:
- Access to over 50,000 live channels worldwide, including sports, entertainment, news, and film channels;
- An on-demand catalogue of over 160,000 films and TV series;

- Compatibility with major devices: Smart TV, smartphones, tablets, Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android TV Box, PC, Mac, and other IPTV players;
- Technical support via WhatsApp during service hours.
We endeavour to maintain service continuity but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, technical updates, or events beyond our reasonable control. Where we are responsible for a significant service disruption, we may offer a pro-rata credit at our discretion.
4. Account Registration
To access the Service, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You agree not to share your Credentials with anyone outside your immediate household. Please notify us immediately at [CUSTOMER_SERVICE_EMAIL] of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, without notice in cases of serious violations such as credential sharing or fraudulent activity.
5. Payments and Renewals
IG IPTV subscriptions are available in monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, and biennial plans. All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT at the applicable UK rate. Payment is accepted via the methods listed on the website.
Unless you cancel at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period, your Subscription will automatically renew at the then-current price. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email [CUSTOMER_SERVICE_EMAIL]. In the event of non-payment, we may suspend access until payment is received.
We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel your Subscription before the increase takes effect without incurring any penalty.
6. Cancellation and Cooling-Off Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your Subscription within 14 days of purchase (the "cooling-off period") without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [CUSTOMER_SERVICE_EMAIL] with a clear statement of your decision to cancel.
If you request that the Service begins during the cooling-off period and later cancel within that period, we may charge you a proportionate amount for the service provided up to the point of cancellation.
After the cooling-off period expires, cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. You may still cancel at any time, but refunds are at our discretion except as required by law.
7. Intellectual Property and Licence
All Content accessible through the Service is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by their respective rights holders. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view Content for private, non-commercial use only within your household. You may not record, copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable UK laws. It is prohibited to:
- resell or sub-licence your Subscription or share Credentials outside your household;
- use the Service for public performance without a commercial licence;
- attempt to circumvent technical protection measures;
- use the Service to harass, infringe rights, or engage in any unlawful activity.
For full details, see our Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for: service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control; indirect, consequential, or incidental damages; third-party content accessible through the Service; or unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your Credentials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any breach of the implied terms about title under the Sale of Goods Act 1979; defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Your Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Service must be provided with reasonable care and skill, and must be as described. If we breach these obligations, you may be entitled to a repeat performance or a price reduction. These statutory rights are not affected by anything in these Terms.
If you have a dispute that we cannot resolve directly, you may refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify the Service, pricing, and these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email or on-screen notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
