1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all IG IPTV subscriptions. If you are not fully satisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your Subscription start date, contact us and we will process a full refund — no questions asked.
2. 14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Right
In addition to our commercial guarantee, UK residents have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you request that the Service begins during the cooling-off period and then cancel within that period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service used before cancellation.
3. Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund under our 7-day guarantee, the following conditions apply:
- The refund request must be made within 7 days of your Subscription start date;
- The reason for the refund is a legitimate service issue (e.g. significant buffering, channels not working, inability to access the Service);
- You have contacted our support team and allowed us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue;
- Your account has not been suspended for a Terms of Service violation;
- The refund request is not the result of abusing the free trial or refund policy.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Provide your registered email address and order reference number;
- Describe the issue you have experienced;
- Allow our support team up to 24 hours to attempt to resolve the issue before a refund is processed.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Exclusions
Refunds are not available:
- After the 7-day guarantee period (except under your statutory cooling-off right);
- Where the Service has performed as described and there is no technical fault;
- Where the account has been suspended for breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy;
- For unused portions of a subscription after the 7-day period has elapsed.
7. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK legislation. If the Service is not provided with reasonable care and skill or is not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act regardless of this Policy.
